Processing capacity is counted per account and billing period. Plus is higher than Free, and Pro has the highest capacity; exact limits can vary by tool type, file size, and running cost. Abusive automation, bulk requests, or use outside non-commercial limits may still be restricted.

After payment succeeds, benefits are linked to your account and synced to this device. Plan changes update membership state immediately when Stripe confirms the change.

Yes. You can upgrade your plan or cancel auto-renewal before the next renewal. After cancellation, benefits stay active until the end of the current billing period. Paid subscription fees are generally not refundable.

Most tools process files and text locally in your browser, so content is not uploaded to CrateX.app. Sync, checkout, and account features use the relevant services when you choose them.

Stripe handles checkout and card details securely. CrateX.app stores only the billing state needed to activate your membership.

Sign-in links the membership to your account, so benefits can be restored across devices and billing issues can be handled cleanly.

Prices are in USD. Stripe shows any applicable taxes at checkout. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, refunds are only for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, or benefits that do not activate and cannot be fixed by us.
