Memberships, payments, and renewals
Some membership plans require you to sign in before purchase. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider. Other than payment results, order identifiers, and the minimum information needed to fulfill the service, we do not store your full card details on the website.
Recurring plans such as monthly or yearly memberships renew automatically as described on the checkout page unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. Lifetime plans do not renew automatically.
If you see a duplicate charge, an unauthorized charge, or benefits that do not activate properly after payment, please contact us promptly so we can review and help resolve it. Except in those situations, where applicable law requires otherwise, or where we confirm that we cannot reasonably provide the purchased service, completed membership support purchases are usually not refundable. Monthly and yearly plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle so future renewals stop, but the current billing period is generally not refunded on a prorated basis. Lifetime plans are one-time support and do not renew automatically.
