Usage Advice

Check the order before merging; the first file contributes the first selected pages.
Use page ranges to skip cover pages, blank pages, or appendices you do not need.
Large PDFs can use a lot of memory. If merging fails, reduce file count or page ranges.

Limitations & Compatibility

This tool copies PDF pages. It does not compress, split, edit, sign, OCR, or repair PDFs.
Interactive forms, bookmarks, attachments, annotations, metadata, and digital signatures may not be preserved.
Encrypted or password-protected PDFs are not opened or decrypted.

Privacy & Security

Processing runs in your browser. CrateX.app does not upload the source PDFs or merged PDF. Files stay in page memory while this tool is open, and the result is available for download or local sharing.
