Applications

complete text, choice, and selection fields in an existing AcroForm.

Registration forms

fill contact details and select the available options without uploading the document.

Checklists and questionnaires

update supported checkboxes, radio groups, and list choices.

Supported Fields

Text: single-line, multiline, and comb fields, except password, file-select, and rich-text fields.
Selections: checkboxes and radio-button groups that use existing widget values.
Choices: combo boxes, list boxes, and multi-select list boxes with the options already defined in the PDF.
Output: supported AcroForm fields remain interactive and editable; they are not flattened.

Usage Advice

Review every required field; the tool can warn about empty fields but cannot decide whether a response is correct.
Choose only the options provided by the PDF, especially for radio buttons and list boxes.
Open the downloaded PDF in a trusted viewer and confirm values, appearance, calculations, and signatures before sharing it.

Limitations & Compatibility

This tool only fills supported fields already present in an AcroForm. It does not create fields or detect blank areas on scanned pages.
Pure XFA forms are not supported and are not converted to AcroForm.
Password, file-select, rich-text, signature, push, submit, and reset fields are not editable here.
PDF JavaScript is never executed here. If present, original scripts and actions may remain in the saved PDF and run in another reader. Use trusted files only; this tool is not a PDF sanitizer.
PDF permission settings may prevent field editing or saving, even when the form is visible.
Changing and saving a PDF may invalidate digital signatures already applied to the source document.
Encrypted and password-protected PDFs are not supported and are not decrypted by this tool.

Privacy & Security

The source PDF, field names and values, preview, and generated result are processed locally in your browser during normal use.
Field values remain in the current session. They are not placed in URLs, analytics, drafts, Workspace, WebDAV, or content sync.
PDF JavaScript and XFA processing are disabled; this tool does not execute actions embedded in the document.
A result leaves the browser only when you explicitly download it or use your device's local file-sharing action.
