Sign PDF
Add your visible signature, initials, or signing date to one PDF and create the result locally in your browser.
Choose a PDF
Drop or select one PDF. CrateX.app processes the document and signature only in this browser.
This tool adds visible electronic signature marks. It does not verify identity or create a certificate-based digital signature, PAdES signature, trusted timestamp, or audit trail.
Existing digital signatures: Modifying a PDF may invalidate existing digital signatures. Check the result and use a trusted signing workflow if a certificate signature is required.
Electronic-signature requirements vary by document, process, and jurisdiction. CrateX.app does not guarantee legal effect or confirm that anyone is authorized to sign.
Only use your own signature or one you are authorized to place. This tool does not verify ownership or permission.
